- Fruits

4. You Don’t Move — At All
If your step count is under 4,000 daily, no wonder you feel sluggish.
Sitting kills your energy levels.
Fix:
Take a 10-minute walk after every meal.
It boosts blood flow and instantly improves energy.
5. Your Mind Is Overloaded
Fatigue isn’t always physical.
Your brain is constantly overstimulated:
