1. You Sleep Like Trash — Admit It

Most people lie to themselves about sleep.
You think you sleep 7–8 hours, but your actual sleep quality is garbage.

Cut screens 1 hour before bed.

5. Your Mind Is Overloaded

Fatigue isn’t always physical.
Your brain is constantly overstimulated:

Give your mind silence.
10–15 minutes a day without screens or distractions.
